Coco Bambino was born as A Make Over to an old Italian family restaurant near “HaCarmel” market in Tel Aviv. Experienced restaurateurs Uri Raz and Itay Bitton Recruited "Master Chef" winner Tom Aviv, who brought a colorful and provocative personality, along with rising culinary talent. Together they became Coco Bambino - a happy and vibrant Italian tavern, combining classic Italian cuisine with Mediterranean Twist. Starting with the name of the restaurant to the last of the images on the walls - Tom's mischievous personality received visual and graphic interpretation. Rare vintage photos of old Italy got an entertaining twist, and "Coco" became an internal language - terminology.
